Tailored Powder Coating and Finishing
Space Aid offers custom powder coating services that can accommodate parts up to 48” wide, 72” high, and 32’ long.
Our environmentally friendly five-stage iron phosphate wash and rinse pre-treatment process, combined with our TGIC-free baked polyester powder coat finish, ensures every component is thoroughly cleaned and coated, providing superior corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance.
The typical paint coverage is between 2 to 3 mils, resulting in a tough, stable finish with excellent chemical resistance.
