Metal Stamping
As a subcontracting manufacturer M&P Tool Products offers a complete range of metal stamping services, these include a wide range of presses available for stamping in manual single stage or fully automated progressive operations. Press capacities range up to 400 tonne and have both automatic feed and de-coiling capabilities for high speed stamping applications. M&P Tool offers prototyping services as well as short run stamping services with quick turnaround. M&P Tool will also ensure the quality of all the stamping components with our own in house quality and inspection systems.
Tool Design
M&P Tool Products` tool and Die department designs high quality custom dies, precision fixtures and other tools used in metal manufacturing processes. M&P Tool offers full service support from conceptual drawings through to testing and implementation including ongoing maintenance and service for all precision crafted tools. All tool & die designs are created onsite utilizing our in-house design and engineering department using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor. M&P Tool designs and manufactures tools for a variety of industries ranging from simple single stage operations to complex high speed progressive operations.
